A fully customizable frame base system, capable of allowing the user to quickly attach/detach different sized packs for various missions without the need for a whole new backpack/frame system entirely. Designed to allow users to scale whatever size backpacks they need and carry other mission essential gear between the frame and pack itself while providing the maximum amount of comfort and support possible in order to carry those items effectively to the operation area. Additionally to the frame base, there is the Cargo Cover, Load Bearing System, Main Pack with different volumes, Extra Hip Pad, Cover/Rapid Pack, Top Flap, Side Packs Tripod Holder and a two sided/season weather protection cover. FEATURES
Contoured frame w/laminated plastic PALS/MOLLE panels/webbing loops back panel, the system includes the full metal contoured frame, laminated plastic/fabric sleeve for the users height adjustment and adding other accessories, along with the load bearing shoulder straps and waist belt.
Cargo Cover w/large cinch straps with anti slip buckles to attach large items such as water cans, ammunition boxes or other odd/oversized items onto the frame system, the front and inner side of the cargo cover has zipper openings to store slimmer items such as wires or clothing/netting
Load bearing Straps/waist belt w/laminated plastic PALS/MOLLE panels/webbing loop attachment points. The shoulder straps allow for quick adjustment and detachment with the QD Buckles and non slip buckles, comfortable even when under weight with extra padding being at the top and blades of the users shoulders, towards the front there is perforation within the foam and air mesh fabric to keep the users body breathing better, on the backside the straps is velcro/webbing straps to adjust height with plastic/fabric laminated stiffener to distribute the weight of the load evenly, along with the weight distribution straps above to shift weight when going up or down hill. The waist belt has laser cut fabric/plastic PALS/MOLLE slots to attach different pouches or keep open to allow air flow alongside the air/3D mesh and perforated foam padding, the belt allows users to adjust quickly with the two sided buckle, the waist belt itself is attached directly to the frame to provide proper weight distribution onto the hips, the belt wraps around the sides of most users fully.
Main Pack which comes in 30/60/90 liter variations with front zipper openings for full access, inner divider to separate the upper and lower portions of the pack itself and top folding/buckle cinch cover, multiple areas with webbing straps to attach other packs/pouches or cinch down other loose items on the sides/front of the pack, the bottom has webbing slots/grommet drain holes, the sides of the pack come with 6x cinch straps to attach to the frame and adjust outwards away from the frame to allow stowing of goods between the main pack and frame efficiently, the closure of the main pack is on top with webbing straps/buckles, to fold tightly and cinch down on itself, fully sealing off from debris
Optional Hip Pad for extra cushioning to be added to the backside of the waist belt
Pack Cover that also turns into a backpack for rapid use, also featuring zippered front opening with organizers within for smaller items
Storm Pack, a miniature variant from the main pack with a front zipper opening, PALS/MOLLE straps on sides for accessories and fully closeable top folding buckle flap. It is able to attach seamlessly to the main pack itself with its own cover/small waist bag, allowing the user to scale up his overall load quickly or scale down and grab his storm pack for whatever the mission dictates
