A plastic/cordura combined panel with laser cut PALs/MOLLE slots for full customization for the user. The back side has velcro loop panels for optional 3D Mesh padding additions. Along the edges there are several webbing loops for cinching down items or adding straps to attach to packs/platecarriers and other platforms along with a velcro/webbing carry handle. The panel can be worn with its own shoulder/side straps over the body or attached to a plate carrier or other platforms by its spare buckle set
